The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data within our systems. This role demands deep technical expertise in SAP data structures, governance principles, and efficient data management practices and a proven ability to manage high-volume data inputs and maintain data quality under pressure. Key responsibilities Provide support to the Master data team regarding technical improvements to Master Data processes within MD systems SAP, Open Accounts, Awards systemsReview data requests for new fields requiring additional or  new uploads and data sets and work with IT to create new technical upload programs where relevantReview and replace manual transactions where possible with upload and update programs to include SAP LSMW,  to fulfil evolving requirements of the businessAssist with preparation of Master Data project implementations and define if any technical or uploads required. Define requirements and work with IT regarding solutions including testing and documentation of test results.Assist with Master data projects including test preparation and test execution as required. Carry out training on new technical processes arising from projects affecting the Master Data teamCreate SQVI reports within SAP and extract data sets and reports from SAP for data analysis purposes and to support business user requests.Maintain accuracy of key data fields in all systems through ownership and reconciliation of all data updates Creation and maintenance of Master Data in SAP ECC and EWM, AWARDS and Open Accounts, across all plants and sales organisations, including new data set ups, data updates and permitted changes to existing data ensuring adherence to Quality guidelines. Role RequirementsDegree in Business or TechnologyAt least 5 years Master Data experience with keen understanding of business processes within the pharmaceutical industryExtensive knowledge of SAP master data modules and processes.Proven ability to navigate and leverage SAP data structures, tables, and relationships effectively using relevant data management tools and techniques (e.g. LSMW, SQVI).Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.Must have strong Excel skills, with the ability to create complex formulas and reportsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detailProven ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as a team playerAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAWARDS and Open Accounts experience desirableAbout PHX Ireland & PHOENIX Group PHX Ireland Group is Ireland’s leading fully integrated healthcare provider.
