Our business continues to grow, and we need like-minded, hard-working, and adept individuals to support this growth.  What are we looking for?We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the business and support with the role out and implementation of Salesforce within the Global 4 Sales and Service functions. Acting as the key technical point of contact for the project and ongoing maintenance and internal support of the platform, it’s vital that the successful candidate holds experience within the Salesforce product offering.  Key Responsibilities: ·        Extensive Salesforce.com experience & working as a Lead / Manager·        Experience of Implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Engineering Cloud and Comms Cloud·        Good Knowledge in Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices Lead technical design sessions·        Very good experience on Sales Cloud or Service cloud implementation and enhancement, good to have Service Console experience·        Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other backend systems ·        Good Knowledge in technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, AJAX and JavaScript ·        Use Declarative integration features, such as outbound messaging and Salesforce to Salesforce·        Have extensive knowledge and proven experience working on Salesforce Development Projects.·        Have significant knowledge and experience with key Salesforce products within an Architecture environment.·        Integrations experience and from the Salesforce platform, plus knowledge of best practices and patterns.·        Prepare the technical blueprints for Salesforce solutions across the platform·        Leader the Architecture and Design for the projects and throughout delivery. On top of this, provide guidance to the more junior members of the team·        Liaise with key stakeholders.·        Transform business requirements to technical requirements.·        Act as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
