Sales Support Agent

Certified as one of Ireland’s best workplaces, by Great Places to Work.With 300 employees and growing, we are seeking a Sales Support Agent - Welcome Line, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager on a full time basis, this role is based in our state of the art head office.The successful candidate will be responsible for the back-end activities of the Field Sales department, on-board new customers to our company by collaborating directly with agents and their customers via inbound calls.  Your New Role Responsibilities:Finalising new customer onboarding. Offer superb customer experience.Building a collaborative relationship within the department to achieve targets.Complete general admin tasks.Using your experience to upsell products ie Gas, Broadband and Oil.
