About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detailoriented Sales and Procurement Administrator to support our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive operational excellence by managing procurement processes, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.You’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and value, while contributing to the achievement of OryxAlign’s strategic goals.What the Sales and Procurement Administrator will be responsible forProcurement Management: Oversee the purchase order process, track deliveries, update systems, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage incoming sales enquiries, and provide timely updates to the sales team.Vendor & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Subscription Renewals: Manage upcoming renewals, prepare contracts, and ensure timely completion.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, generate weekly sales performance and pipeline reports, and coordinate client meetings.Health & Safety: Complete relevant training and follow company H&S guidance.
