ABP Langport is part of the ABP UK division within the ABP Food Group aiming to provide quality beef to thousands of customers across the world.Here at ABP Langport, located in Southwest Somerset (TA10 9HG), we are currently recruiting for the ideal candidate to join our Planning Team as a Sales Order Processor.   Transport required due to our rural location. Please check your travel options before applying. Role definition:To ensure the smooth processing of customer orders through M3 and Innova.  Main Duties and Responsibilities:Processing Orders through the Accounts and ERM systemLiaising with Customers on delivery quantities and timingsProcessing Frozen orders through the systemProcessing Hides, Tallow, and specific Customer Orders and their associated PaperworkLearning and covering the Invoicing ProcessLearning and covering the Delivery processAny other Adhoc tasks around Sales Orders/Invoicing/Planning Knowledge and Experience: Competent in Microsoft including ExcelStrong communication skills with internal and external personnel Enthusiastic to learn new skillsGreat attention to detail.  Schedule:Day ShiftMonday to Friday 8am to 4pm OR 9am to 5pm  Reporting to: Planning and Despatch ManagerRate: £24,000 per annum  Benefits: Social Hours No bank holidaysPermanent Roles Subsidised Canteen Cycle to Work Scheme Pension Employee of the Month Reward Scheme Summer and Christmas Parties On site Occupation Health NurseAdditional Employee Incentive, Welfare Support The ABP Values Trust & Respect: We take care of each other by creating an inclusive working environment.
