Please find below key responsibilities for the role:Key Duties & Responsibilities:To provide administration and sales & marketing support to the Sales & Marketing team.To ensure efficient and effective administration systems and procedures are implemented and maintained within the Sales & Marketing Department. To assist in the compilation and production of reports, including the S&M plan, digital reports, and monthly reports. To action marketing activities such as scheduling social media content, answering social media requests, assist in creating ad designs, collateral, promotional emailers and press releases as overseen by the Group Director of Sales & Marketing. To prepare and send out all invoices for the sales deparmtent and ensure they match the sales system and quotation.Ensure brand standards are adhered too. Assist in organising photoshoots as & when required. To perform all necessary administration work when required. When required, assist our team with sales & marketing in promotional events.
