You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and execute prospecting campaigns, qualify marketing leads, and manage your own sales pipeline to ensure your quota is achieved. At Cezanne SDRs are nurtured and developed so that they can move up the ladder to the full sales lifecycle.· Conduct prospecting activities, including outbound calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify new sales opportunities· Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and events to ensure a high-quality pipeline· Schedule appointments and demos with potential customers for the sales team· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts· Utilise sales technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense) to manage prospecting activities and track progress· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to design campaigns and outreach sequences that effectively promote Cezanne HR and drive prospect engagement· Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales effectiveness· Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales development quotasSkills and experience valued in your role· Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's product· Strong phone and email communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely· Experience using sales technology tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to manage sales pipelines and track progress would be an advantage· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strongorganisational and time-management skills· Results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologiesSkills that will enable you to succeed· You are comfortable working in a remote environment, independently and as part of a team· You are keen to learn and use your experience to help and support others· You have the ability to collaborate effectively· You know when to reach out and are not afraid to ask questions· You are able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your own timePerks of working with us· 25 days holiday + bank holidays· A day off for your birthday· £250 working from home budget· Day off for your birthday· Health Insurance, Life Assurance, and Income Protection· Employee assistance program· A culture built on flexibility and trust· Regular social events, remotely and in person· The option to work remotely, or from one of our offices based in London or GlasgowCezanne HR is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
