Staff Benefits Include:Discount on Dining options of up to 50%Reduction of accommodation for family and friendsDiscount for Spa treatments and productsUse of Health ClubsStaff Dining FacilitiesWellness DaysService AwardsCompany Funded Educational ProgrammesStaff ParkingWhat we are looking for:Fluent EnglishKnowledge of Opera property management system desirableExcellent Customer Service SkillsReport Writing, Data Analysis, and strong Administration SkillsGood E-mail etiquette and Telephone mannerPrevious experience/Training in a similar role desirableGood Knowledge of the Local areaExcellent Oral and Written CommunicationLeaving Certificate or equivalent preferredIntermediate Computer SkillsRequirements:Daily use of Opera cloud system Display excellent Customer Care Skills and respond quickly and proactively to guest queries and concernsAbility to perform well within a fast-paced environmentSeek opportunities to upgrade or sell additional services to guestsDisplay strong communication skills both verbal and writtenManage all the systems involved in the sale of rooms.Effectively manage time ensuring the completion of all pre-set tasks daily.Project a pleasant, positive and professional image to all contacts at all times.To ensure that all reservations queries are dealt with in a professional manner and are answered within the required time frame.To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department product and goals, in addition to being aware of the total Resort facilities.To ensure that you maximise yield through occupancy and rate.To liaise with reception to resolve any queries from guest billing.To process no shows on a daily basis ensuring that this revenue is recorded and captured.To ensure that all reservations backup is filed and kept in a neat, organised manner and is copied to all relevant department.Our individual Reservations Agents perform a crucial role in the organisation as they often present the first point of contact with potential guests and are therefore required to present The Fota Collection in a positive, efficient and professional manner.
