The property consists of One & Two bedroom Suites, Studio Suites and Penthouse apartment. PREMIER SUITES Leeson Street is ideal for both business travellers and leisure guests who are uncovering the wonder of Dublin.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic candidate for this role. Based in our city centre location in Dublin 2, the candidate will have excellent customer service, be reliable, loyal, organised ,be a good team player and have a natural flair and enthusiasm for dealing with and communicating with people. Duties will include: Some duties will include;To carry out receptionist duties - Welcoming guests to the property, Providing effective check-in and check-out procedures.To anticipate guest’s needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.Manage telephone, email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.· To ensure that all guests are greeted with a friendly welcome and offered the highest standards of customer guest care and satisfaction throughout their stay.Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.Use of extranet platforms.Prepare relevant departmental reports.To ensure that all aspects of invoicing, security and cash handling are followed at all times in accordance with the Hotel Policy.Maintain a thorough understanding of Premier Suites property facilities and processes.Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently.Use of onsite computer systems including Opera ICloud PMS, Alkimii, Siteminder channel manager, email and Microsoft office packages.· To undertake Duty Manager “On Call” – to be available to take calls and call out to the property where necessary in the event of emergencies.To maintain effective communications with all other Departments with specific attention to Reservations, Accommodation, Night Audit, Concierge and Accounts.To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.Be familiar with local tourist attractions, amenities and activities and be able to assist customers with their requirements.
