Remediations SchedulerFull time, PermanentHebburn, NewcastleCompetitive Salary + BenefitsHave got what it takes to be the driving force behind seamless operations?Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler to coordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success.More about the role:Strategically program and administer all works.Respond to all emails/queries.Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.Contact customers and plan jobs.Scheduling all WIPs on the system.Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with ‘O’ Licence requirements.Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.Coordinating and booking training.Maintain PPE levels.Administration of My Compliance.About you:Experience managing staff in an office or field-based setting.Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageousHighly organised with great attention to detail and time management.Strong communication skills.Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.About us: At Jet Aire, drainage, sewer cleaning, and rehabilitation, is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions to complex challenges in the water and wastewater industry.
