Quality is central to all our operational functions and is innate within the organisation.__________________________________________________________________________________________Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to drive our talent acquisition efforts.  As the Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our organisation’s goals and values. This a one year fixed term contract of 35 hours a week, with future possibility of permanency supporting the HR Department. __________________________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the HR Manager & Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.Collaborate with HR & Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Create & post job advertisements on relevant platforms, job boards, and social media channels.Utilise a variety of recruitment methods and channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on organisational needs and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Conduct garda vetting, reference checks and background screenings.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.Ensure mandatory training is completed prior/commencement of employment.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system or other systems utilised.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners to source and attract top talent.Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and track recruitment metrics.Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.Support with general HR duties and tasks as required.__________________________________________________________________________________________Qualifications:Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Care required.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a large busy organisation or recruitment agency required.  Relevant experience in the Health Sector would be advantageous.Holds a full clean driving licence required__________________________________________________________________________________________Required Skills & Attributes:Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and achieving hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
