Telephonist

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Telephonist at Dromoland Castle Hotel. The working schedule is from Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however due to the nature of our business, flexibility is required. As Telephonist this role involves a high level of guest interaction and the ideal candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). The role of Telephonist expands to manning the switch board, guest activity bookings, assisting reception desk during busy periods checking in and out guest and general administrative support.
