Role: Quality Support ManagerReports to: Quality Development ManagerContract: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Travel between a dedicated hub of centres within Dublin and commuter belt (including east Meath and north Kildare) Requirements:Full Irish Driver’s Licence and access to a car.Level 7 or 8 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).Minimum 3 years’ experience in early years, preferably in management/leadership.Salary: From €19.00 per hour / €39,500 per annum, depending on experience.The Quality Support Manager supports a cluster of centres, leading early childhood and school-aged practice and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Quality:Apply knowledge of early childhood and school-aged curricular approaches.Develop and review policies, procedures, and curriculum.Liaise with professionals for quality improvement strategies.Create and deliver training materials and sessions.Enhance communication and collaboration within and outside the organization.Compliance:Conduct internal compliance inspections.Develop reports with action plans and track improvement measures.Guide colleagues on compliance and internal policies.Monitor and review inspection processes.Support and Leadership:Ensure high-quality practices and uphold children’s rights.Support on safeguarding, complaints, and inspections.Facilitate risk assessments and inclusive practices.Provide induction, coaching, and mentoring.Organisational Expectations:Maintain professionalism and contribute to a collaborative environment.Manage workplace risks and engage in professional development.Be flexible with travel and support functions.Communication, Leadership, Management:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams.Effective leadership and organizational skills.High attention to detail and report writing skills.Experience and Knowledge:Leadership in pedagogical practices.Knowledge of early childhood education legislation and frameworks.Understanding of child development theories.INDKILINDMH
