Quality Engineer - Access 360Wolverhampton (i54 Business Park)We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to contribute to join our team and continue our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services.What you'll be doing Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and execute quality control procedures to monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct product inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with specifications and standards.Collect and analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and reduce waste.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, including conducting supplier audits and evaluations.Identify and assess quality risks associated with products, processes, and systems, and develop risk mitigation strategies.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Previous experience in a quality engineering roleStrong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA regulations).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.About usHere at Tyman UK and Ireland, our purpose is to transform the security, comfort, and sustainability of living and working spaces through our expert touch.
