Ready to play a central role in driving excellence across health and social care services?We’re looking for a confident administrator and team player to join our dedicated in house Quality Team.What You’ll Be DoingAs our go-to support expert for all things quality and compliance, you'll:Keep things running like clockwork through timely, confidential, and high-standard admin supportCoordinate workloads for Quality Managers, making sure priorities are clear and followed throughPerform internal audits, champion consistency, and help shape future improvementsManage and monitor our digital systems—updating, auditing, and actioning data that drives performanceBe the first point of contact for compliance queries, ensuring nothing slips through the cracksSupport governance updates and reports to keep teams aligned and processes transparentWhat You Bring to the TableProven experience in admin or similar support roles, ideally in health and social careStrong digital skills—you know your way around digital management systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience with audits is advantageousA knack for juggling priorities and solving problems independentlySharp communication skills, both written and verbalA working knowledge of quality assurance in healthcare settings is a big plusQualifications & RequirementsGCSEs are a must; additional admin qualifications are a bonusBackground in health and social care is desirable but not essentialFull driving licence requiredOrganised, adaptable, detail-oriented—and not afraid to speak up when something needs improvingWhat’s in It for YouWe don’t just support others—we support each other too.
