This is an exciting time to join us, as we’ve recently announced the development of a brand-new Toyota dealership in Naas.Join our award-winning team, recently named Franchised Aftersales Operation of the Year by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI), and start your journey towards a nationally and internationally recognized qualification.About the RoleAs a Toyota Technician, you’ll be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You’ll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations.This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approachCarry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelinesWork efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperworkPerform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work requiredMaintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policiesDeliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targetsSupport and uphold Toyota’s core values:Customer FirstRespect for PeopleContinuous Improvement (Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma)Who We’re Looking For✅ Qualifications & ExperienceFully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential)Minimum 3+ years’ experience in vehicle servicing and diagnosticsFull, valid driver’s licenceIT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems✅ Skills & AttributesA team player who also works well independentlyExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workCapable of working efficiently in a busy environmentOrganised, proactive, and solution-focusedStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetWilling to learn and adapt to Toyota’s continuous improvement cultureWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with monthly uncapped bonus schemeExcellent opportunities for career progressionOngoing Toyota factory training and developmentEmployee Referral SchemeEmployee discounts on services and productsA dynamic, supportive work environment focused on excellenceBe Part of Our FutureToyota Naas is entering a new phase of growth with exciting plans for our future dealership.
