About the role: At TSG UK, our Charge division is a leading innovator in sustainable energy solutions, committed to shaping the future of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and environmental stewardship, we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to to join our dynamic PMO team and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of EV charging projects across the UK.What you'll do:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clarity of project scope, progress, and expectations.Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution and develop proactive strategies to mitigate and resolve issues as they arise.Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that EV charging installations meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and customer satisfaction.Project Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance project management methodologies, streamline workflows, and optimize project outcomes.Interested?
