Join Aqua Consultants, where your talent will flow and your innovative ideas will ripple across the industry! In this pivotal position, you'll take the helm of feasibility, outline, and detailed design projects, navigating them from conception to completion. You'll be the captain of tendering and developing competitive fee bids, ensuring our projects are both feasible and profitable. As the design manager, you'll orchestrate the coordination of multi-discipline projects and teams, ensuring that every element flows seamlessly. Resource coordination will be your compass, guiding our projects smoothly to their destination. Your expertise will be essential in leading site visits, liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. You'll act as a beacon of support for junior engineers, providing mentorship and aiding their professional development. Your ability to produce high-quality deliverables on time and within budget will be critical. You'll offer technical guidance, devise innovative solutions for clients, and assist other engineers with their technical challenges. Reviewing and checking documents will be part of your routine to maintain the highest standards. At Aqua Consultants, we believe in innovative working.
