Aqua Consultants is on the lookout for a Principal Estimator to join our Estimating & Cost Intelligence Team! If you have a passion for projects and a knack for numbers, this is your chance to shine. As a Principal Estimator, you’ll anchor yourself in our offices, supporting key frameworks and projects. Your role will involve navigating through client and contractor interactions, ensuring the smooth sailing of project management. From estimating at various stages using cost models or CESMM, to preparing detailed reports for optioneering and cost assurance, your expertise will be crucial. You’ll also conduct project benchmarking, develop cost models, and analyse historical project data, all while attending meetings and client site visits as necessary. You’ll be the captain of your own ship, managing your workload and leading your team. Your ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal staff will ensure timely communication and project completion.
