We are buzzing with opportunity and very much part of the shift to net zero. Your Responsibilities:Accountable for the successful handover of pre-construction activities to the Operations & Construction teams including the handover of any known risks on the projects.Working with the Tendering team to oversee initial tender documents and ensure the full scope of works has been considered and factored into costs correctly.Work with the project management and operational teams to identify and plan long-lead time item requirements on projects.Collaborate with designers and ensure all designs are compliant with regulatory approvals.Provide timely, accurate and consistent pre-construction updates.Cultivate strong client relationships, collaborating closely on project details and specifications.Development of Junior staff members.Input of development of designs with external design consultants and subcontractors, providing best practice and sustainable solutions.Prepare information for monthly board reports and reporting statistics for the tendering/pre-construction team. Qualifications and skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines simultaneously work with teams to influence from the initial project stages through design and into implementationDetail and technical orientated professional that displays strong organisational and delivery skills.Customer focused attitude.Ability to dynamically manage problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills in both planning and delivery.Ability to navigate in a high pressure environment.Ability to remotely support and train tendering and project teams.Excellent interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise workload. Why work for us?:Excellent career progression opportunitiesYou will be involved in some first of it’s kind projects for the UK – our business is in the green energy space and we have a number of projects in 2023 which will be hugely impactful in working towards the governments carbon net zero targetsCompany vehicle and fuel card for business usePension scheme after qualifying probation periodRegular social and company events Why Choose Adler and Allan: By becoming a part of the Adler and Allan Group, you’ll embark on a rewarding journey where we truly value your ideas and contributions.
