We are proud of our diverse workforce and like to recognise our people through various reward and recognition schemes, as well as through learning and development.Our premise is simple: the exceptional, every day. Key responsibilities: ·      Supervising a busy mail room, administration & scanning team.·      Ensure the post room is open and ready for business no later than 8:00am each morning·      Ensure collected mail is sorted, relevant mail is scanned and distributed accurately and effectively in accordance with published delivery times and schedules. ·      Ensure that a professional image is conveyed to all third parties at all times. ·      All client company policies not detailed in operating procedures e.g. telephone policy, are complied with at all times. ·      Responsible for ensuring that knowledge of client procedures and policies is current, complete and adhered to. ·      Ensure all service standards and service criteria are met to satisfy contractual requirements. ·      Ensure that all contract administrational requirements are maintained and completed accurately. ·      Monitoring department finances & accounts via invoice reconciliation ·      Driving cost saving measures across the business and reporting directly to the Financial Director·      Management of the clients stationery and hardware requests·      Managing external suppliers and services·      Reviewing KPIs and setting new goals where applicable to add value to the client services provided·      Developing & managing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on all operations activities to Senior Management·      Meeting, managing and exceeding client’s expectations·      Actively seeking new business opportunities to add value to the services we provide especially in initiating short and long-term projects ·      Ensure that all Health & Safety policies and procedures within your area of responsibility are complied with and fully maintained as detailed. ·      Assist in the training and development of other staff including new hires and or as instructed by your line manager. ·      Support and attend all training courses identified and as required by your line manager. ·      Carry out any reasonable work request made by your line manager which you are deemed competent to do so.   About You:Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
