Plating and Masking Operatives

We are hiring Masking and Plating Operators for a leading engineering business in Glasgow. No prior experience is required – full training is provided on the job.These roles involve intricate, hands-on work using small tools, making them ideal for individuals with good hand-eye coordination and an eye for detail. You will be working as part of a supportive and experienced team in a well-established manufacturing environment.What We’re Looking For:Steady hand and confidence using small hand toolsComfortable working on detailed, precision tasksStrong communication skills and a positive, engaged attitudeReliability, teamwork and willingness to learnWorking Hours:37 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.30 pmFriday: 8.00 am – 1.00 pmOnce fully trained, you’ll rotate into a backshift pattern with your teamTeam & Leadership:You’ll join either the Masking or Plating team, both led by a highly experienced and hands-on Team Lead who is known for being supportive, patient and encouraging.
