General Operative – Plant Hygienist (cleaning) Job title: General Operative – Plant Hygienist (Cleaning)Reporting to: Quality Manager - CaseinDivision: IngredientsLocation: Nenagh The Role:Key elements of the job include:·        Maintaining plant hygiene in dedicated areas with a focus on cleaning, achieving and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. ·        Assisting with clearing blockages when required within the production process.·        Working in accordance with site standards and SOP.·        Recording leaks and fabrication issues daily and accurately·        Following all Arrabawn GMP's / SOPS and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitary requirements.·        Documenting all required information in a timely manner consistent with our systems in line with BRC, traceability, customer and HACCP requirements.·        Maintaining all records for hygiene.·        To maintain a safe environment, reporting any health & safety incidents or concerns immediately.·        Ensuring strict adherence to zoning procedures.·        Performing all other duties deemed appropriate, necessary, required, or directed by plant management.The Hours:·        The role will require the person to be flexible. Typical hours are either 06.00-14.30 or 08.00-16.30 but may be subject to alteration. Operators are required to work a seven-day roster system.The person:·     The person will preferably have experience working in a food environment.·     Person must be able to work with general cleaning chemicals.·     Strong attention to detail. ·     High motivation who works well without supervision.·     Team-worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English written and oral.·     Ability to multi-task and is a self-starter.·     General PC literacy.
