GSW Solutions are recruiting for the role of Person in Charge (PIC) for an organisation that empowers people with a range of learning and associated disabilities between Sligo and Roscommon.Job DescriptionThe role of the Person in Charge is to lead and be responsible for their service and responsibilities include;Ensuring a person-centred approach to service delivery based on the priorities for each individualEnsuring each person supported receives a high quality, safe service, based on each person’s assessed needsDeveloping and building relationships with services users, families, advocates and the wider communityMaintaining registration with HIQAThe management, supervision, coaching and development of the staff teamThe implementation of policies and proceduresBudget managementDay to day management of health and safety within the servicesFull time role based on a 39 hour weekThe successful candidate will be passionate about transforming people’s lives and thrive on delivering positive change and excellent customer service.
