This is a permanent role. The Patient Scheduler is responsible for daily logistical planning, scheduling and co-ordination of patient visits in accordance with service requirements. Key Responsibilities:Daily logistical planning, scheduling and co-ordination of patient visits.Management of the daily schedule and onward sharing of schedule to all recipientsAccept and process patient referrals maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Dealing with customers, clients, healthcare professionals and colleagues in a courteous, polite and respectful manner, ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered at all times.Assist in rescheduling emergency or urgent work requests if and as necessary, helping to provide solutions to problemsRepresent self in a professional and ethical manner at all times, complying with all applicable company policy and proceduresCompleting all administration functions as required E.g. maintaining records, databases, correspondence, scanning and filing.
