Our Head Chef Cormac Vesey has created an extensive menu of delicious, locally sourced seasonal produce.Your Role The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, in a hotel which provides excellent service to all of its clientele. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef, with a particular interest in pastry. You will display a positive attitude and flexible approach to work and have the ability to work in a team environment.Duties included in the role are: To ensure the smooth running of food service with Kitchen and Restaurant personnelTo prepare & cook food to the required specificationsTo ensure all special requests are metTo work in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered toTo receive goods from suppliers, when required, and to ensure products conform with HACCP specificationsConsidering the nature of our industry, this role will involve a variety of shifts & weekend work.Why Work With Us?
