Kerry is currently recruiting for the role of Pastry Chef for a permanent, full-time 39hr week position. The ideal candidate will manage the day to day operation of the pastry section, will prepare a variety of baked goods, desserts and pastries ensuring high quality and consistence in each product that will exceed guest expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for the relevant candidate to expand and progress their career.Responsibilities:Pastry production of cakes, desserts, breads, petit fours.Creating new dessert menusManaging inventory, overseeing food safety practices,A passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of pastry techniques are essential.Experience with Afternoon Tea an advantage Perform opening, mid-shift and closing duties complying with operational standardsHave fun and enjoy your work!
