Part Qualified Accountant

Rockwell Engineering is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part-Qualified Accountant to join our Finance Team. We specialise in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and utility pipework for large-scale biopharma facilities in Ireland.As we enter a new growth phase, we are building on our legacy of excellence and innovation, making this an exciting time to join the business. Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with the Commercial team to manage invoicing process through to final cash collection. Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet). Prepare VAT reconciliations and submit returns. Play a key role in supporting the upcoming ERP implementation project and other strategic initiatives. Administer all aspects of the Company Pension Scheme. Contribute to the cyclical Budget and Forecast processes. Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of documentation and responding to auditor queries. Provide support to the Finance Controller on ad-hoc projects and tasks. Carry out other finance and administrative duties as required.  Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience: Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5 years proven experience in a finance role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practice. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with financial/ERP systems desirable. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a drive to succeed and progress your career.  Why join Rockwell?We provide a competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications.
