We are currently seeking a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist to join our Eltham or Birmingham teams.The ideal candidate will have:Experience of residential housing, at some or all RIBA stages and associated standards and design codesExperience of working with housing associations and local authoritiesExperience of working on UK projects in a BIM environmentExperience of a range of residential typologies and scheme sizeExperience of education and commercial sectorsExcellent client management skillsProven ability to work individually or within a small teamAbility to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary teamApplicants also need to be:Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIMAdditional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator are an advantageCompleted RIBA accredited Part 1/2 degree or equivalentHave sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and LegislationHave good experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages, including running projects on siteIdeally hold a valid driving licence for use in the UKBe capable of leading new projects from the concept stage through to design development and constructionBaily Garner is a modern multi-disciplinary consultancy, with collaborative innovation at the heart of what we do.
