Position: Painter Decorator (Part/Time Permanent)Location: Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Blessington, Co. Wicklow Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are looking for a Part Time painter and decorator to join our wonderful team in maintaining our hotel resort and 18 hole Championship golf course. Our HotelMore than just a hotel. Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow. The course stands beside the shores of Blessington Lakes and was created by Patrick J. Merrigan across three peninsulas surrounded by breath-taking views where ponds and wild grasses blend into the exciting design against sweeping panoramic views. Our luxurious hotel consists of 90 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events. The Brasserie and Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible. Your New RoleThe successful candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and trustworthy. You will demonstrate excellent team leading abilities as well as the initiative required to multi-task in this busy environment. Duties will include: Providing General painting and decorating within the hotel.Handling, planning and prepping work services/areas.Ensure that a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors is maintained;Ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a professional and efficient mannerEnsuring the public area’s and Hotel rooms are  The ideal candidate will have:At least 1 years’ previous experience in Painting and Decorating.Must be confident working at height.Candidate will be expected to be competent in all aspects of the trade.An ability to work as part of a team, but also be capable of working independently.A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
