The role requires operating to high quality workmanship standards within a world class manufacturing team and facility.Responsibilities and DutiesHands on role shot blasting, fully preparing, wet spraying and a range of chassis and ancillary components/materials.Working Hours & Salary:Day Shift - Hours will be 06:00 -14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Thursday & Friday 06:00-11:30 11:30 - 17:00 rotating shifts (with regular structured overtime)Night Shift - Monday - Thursday 22.00 - 06.00 Friday 17:00 - 01:00 (with regular structured overtime)Guaranteed basic starting salary £12.81 x 37.5 hours per week plus guaranteed minimum £45 per week bonus - £32,981.52 plus structured overtime paid at premium rates outlined below:Level A - Overtime paid at premium rate of £19.22 per hour Level B – Overtime paid at premium rate of £25.62 per hour Day shift premium paid at x1.15Night shift premium paid at x1.33 Plus additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance that equates to total bonus payments of £280 - £350 per month on average (for reference only).Pay & Benefits:Annual bonus (for indication only) based on recent average £500 per annum.25 days holiday (increases with service, up to 30 days), plus bank holidays.Staff discountsFree on-site parkingSubsidised refreshments.Free quarterly company lunchesFree family eventsHealth cover scheme for dental, optical etc. (Additional Membership available for Partners, paid for by employee. Preferably within manufacturing or car industry;Preferably of both industrial spray painting and car re-finishing.
