Out of Hours Call Handler

We're looking for dedicated Out of Hours Call Handlers to join our team in Belfast. As an Out of Hours Call Handler, you'll play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our service users outside of regular office hours. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, assessing urgent situations, and coordinating appropriate responses. We're seeking candidates with experience in both the Care Industry and call handling.
