NeoDyne is seeking an experienced OT & Automation Project Manager to support one of our key client sites on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the NeoDyne team and play a critical role in delivering automation expertise across the Mayo based site. This role is focused on implementation and coordination, not cybersecurity design. While some exposure to cybersecurity is beneficial, the primary requirement is strong experience managing automation, OT, IT, and vendor activities in live manufacturing environments. A solid understanding of industrial networks is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate site-level implementation of industrial network segmentation in line with the approved architectureDevelop and manage a detailed implementation plan covering applications, PLCs, infrastructure, testing, change windows, and rollback strategiesIdentify, track, and coordinate all impacted systems including manufacturing applications, PLC logic and communications, data historians, MES, OEE and reporting systems, and interfaces to ERP and external systemsWork with Automation, IT, OT, vendors, and application owners to clearly define, resource, schedule, and execute required changesEnsure PLC logic updates, application configuration changes, and infrastructure modifications are captured, reviewed, and implemented correctlyCoordinate testing, validation, and cutover activities while minimizing production impactManage dependencies, risks, and change control across multiple workstreams, escalating where required to protect delivery timelinesAct as the single point of control on site during implementation phases impacting live operationsEnsure implementation activities align with cybersecurity and compliance requirements without owning detailed security design or configurationMaintain clear status reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the programmeCapture lessons learned and support the development of repeatable standards and deployment playbooks Required Experience & SkillsProven Project Management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation environmentsStrong understanding of industrial automation systems and OT networksExperience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across Automation, IT, OT, and vendorsDemonstrated ability to deliver complex site-based implementations in live production environmentsStrong planning, risk, dependency, and change management capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work on site during critical implementation phases Desired / Nice to HaveExposure to industrial cybersecurity concepts such as network segmentation or Purdue model architecturesExperience working on cybersecurity or compliance-driven programmes in manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with MES, data historians, OEE systems, and ERP integrationsExperience working in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, or food and beverage Characteristics We look for candidates who · Work well as part of a team.· Have excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.· Can complete tasks independently, capable of self-learning.· Can prioritise and coordinate work.· Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.· Can multitask and work well under pressure.· Are a strategic business thinker.
