It’s your role to ensure every person who walks through the doors at each and every one of our venues gets the best experience possible and leaves feeling good about their visit. You’ll support day to day operations ensuring that staff at sites are happy, confident, and competent in trading activities such as catering, bars, vending and resale.You will coach your team to develop their capabilities so that our facilities are filled with fun and friendly, highly knowledgeable staff.As well as managing our people you will be involved in budget setting, quality assurance and ensuring compliance within your area of responsibility so that the people of our local communities have safe experiences with a ‘great delivery’ across everything that we do. We’re looking for a fun and friendly leading personality who knows just how to motivate and support their team.
