You will make the day-to-day operational as well as strategic, long-term decisions to achieve your centre’s objectives and overall company’s vision.Your key activities as an Operations Manager will include:·            Behave as a role model, lead and inspire your team·            Work in line with our company vision, purpose and values, and ensure your team’s commitment to the same·            Be an excellent example to your team in terms of customer service, ensure a pleasant and positive communication with all our members, effectively deal with any customer enquiries·            Employee management– recruit staff and ensure appropriate learning and development for new and existing employees·            Lead the Aspire programme – our award-winning talent development programme.
