In particular, our main e-commerce platform, tjomahony.ie has seen exponential growth enhancing our online shopping store platform, making it easier than ever for customers to shop for thousands of products, whether on a construction site, at home or on the go. Having grown significantly in recent years to become one of the leading industry players, and to take our online division to the next level we are looking for an ambitious and passionate team leader to become our Online Sales Manager. Job Title: Online Sales ManagerThe Role: To oversee and drive online sales, focusing on implementing the full e-commerce customer journey from online to customer delivery.  Duties and Responsibilities:Creating and executing online sales objectives, including setting goals and influencing the best marketing channels for reaching customers.Overseeing the day-to-day management of online orders for our eCommerce stores.Ensuring efficient order fulfilment within the expected timeframes.Provide exceptional levels of customer service to our wide range of customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.Order management/ERP integration ensuring all data is processed efficiently and information is accurate and available in relevant systems.Engagement and lead branches in fulfilling Branch orders.Ensuring that all Branches have sufficient stock of all relevant products for ease of fulfilment.Review product offerings, ensuring relevant detail on all products exists.Lead the e-commerce team to ensure we maximise sales opportunities.Align with Marketing campaigns to ensure we have effective sales campaigns and promotions.Collaborating with the Purchasing Department to optimise product price setting and positioning.Full customer delivery service management.Web site vendor management.Regular contact with the marketing agency to align on implementing digital media plans to support the e-commerce objectives.Monitoring sales performance regularly, optimising key metrics, and identifying areas where improvements can be made.Work closely with the Marketing Executive and Customer Service to respond to online customer feedback.Requirements:Previous experience in online retail sales management.Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sales strategy and planning.Ability to work in a dynamic target driven sales environment.Commercially driven to optimise margin and sales opportunities. Benefits:22 Days annual leaveEmployee discountOn-site parkingCareer development and progressionCoaching and trainingAccess to company pension schemeAttractive company bonus structureHealth insuranceJob Type: PermanentHours: 39 HoursHPC Sales Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer
