At Monread Fare, we look to bring a little magic into your life by delivering the ultimate donut experience at our Off Beat Donuts & Insomnia counter.Off Beat Donuts are made fresh on site throughout the day in front of our customers.Unique recipes, which we have fine-tuned to deliver the delicious donuts customers have come to know and love.Due to the planned opening of a new location in Monread Fare Naas, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and passionate people to join our new team in Monread Fare, Naas. The key responsibilities:·        To provide excellent customer service at all times.·        To plan and prepare ingredient quantities and preparation in advance and to ensure sufficient and timely deliveries of finished donuts.·        To have an in-depth product knowledge of the Offbeat range and promote any special offers/product promotions to Customers.·        To make and finish the Offbeat range of donuts to the specified recipes to the highest quality standard required.·        To ensure the counter is presented to the highest standard and in line with company guidelines at all times.·        To control the use of ingredients, minimize waste and finished product and to maintain the food cost at the agreed level.·        To comply with all HACCP and hygiene requirements to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and food safety at all times.·        To complete all daily paperwork and participate in the routine reviews of these records and results (e.g. Daily sheets, orders, waste records, food cost, HACCP records etc.)·        To be a team player, fully flexible and assist across all departments where needed.. Preparation of coffee for the customerChanges may be made in this Job Description from time to time, as the business evolves and develops.The successful candidate will possess:2+ years’ experience in a similar Supervisor position in a fast paced Retail/Food environment.Strong business, marketing, and general leadership and people skills.Experience working as a barista.Excellent communication skills and be solution focused with a high drive and a positive attitude. Customer Focus – you are aware that the customer comes first.
