We are dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred assessments and therapeutic interventions. Our digital tools and electronic records help minimize administrative burden, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering excellent care.We are looking for experienced occupational therapists with paediatric experience who are interested in working as part of a collaborative, flexible service.Working ModelThis role will be delivered on a hybrid basis, combining:Clinic-based work – Paediatric assessments conducted in one of our Dublin clinics on mutually agreed days/times.Remote work – Report writing, administration, telehealth sessions (where appropriate), and other non-clinical duties carried out from home.Specific Job Details:Contract Type: Independent ContractorWorking Hours: Flexible, to be agreedWorking Pattern: Hybrid (Dublin clinic-based + remote working)Salary Range: Competitive sessional rate, aligned with HSE-equivalent scale and dependent on experienceKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy assessments.Provide therapeutic interventions (in-person and/or via telehealth as appropriate).Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including case discussions and joint assessments,Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals.Adhere to professional and ethical standards.Manage time efficiently to meet clinical deadlines.Engage in clinical supervision to support professional development and ensure safe, effective practice.Report to the Clinical Lead of the MDT.Qualifications and Experience:Recognised qualification in Occupational TherapyRegistration with CORUExperience providing paediatric assessments and therapeutic interventionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork Fluent in EnglishPanels may be formed from which future positions may be filled.The above job description is not intended to be exhaustive.
