With 45 bed facility, we take exceptional pride in working as a team to provide care that honours and values our residents. Who is Jasmine Healthcare Ltd? -       We are passionate about providing the highest standards of care, to as many elderly residents as possible.-       We are proud of our ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ CQC reports.-       We have 6 care homes across the East Midlands-       We have a 4.8 rating on Indeed as a top employer.-       Most Importantly we stand firm to our Mission, values, and aims - to find out more visit jaminehealthcare.co.uk. Day to Day Responsibilities  You will work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead and other trained nurses in the Home, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents at all times. This should ensure positive outcomes for our residents including, inter alia: no pressure sores, no unavoidable weight loss (or gain), safe administration of medication, and all falls are minimised.You will support our carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.  You will be responsible for administering medication, writing and updating nursing care plans and keeping accurate daily records, as well as keep all mandatory training up to date and complete additional training as required. You will be promoting our resident’s choice, dignity and independence and all times and assist with the management of the care team, completing all action plans and ensuring care plans are updated and evaluated regularly.For more information, please view our Job Description on the Jasmine Healthcare website.What can Jasmine Healthcare Ltd offer you? -       Join us for a rewarding career with great perks.
