Position: Night Supervisor (Full Time Permanent)Location: Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Blessington, Co. Wicklow Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Supervisor to join our team in Wicklow. Our HotelMore than just a hotel. Our luxurious hotel consists of 90 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events. The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible. Your New RoleThe Night Supervisors’s role is a key position within the team and involves dealing with guest enquiries, ensuring guest comfort, safety and security at all times. The supervisor must principally ensure adherence to the night audit procedures as laid by the Front Office Manager. Duties will include:To be responsible for the overall running of the night operation of the Hotel.To carry out reception duties such as welcoming guests to the property, providing effective check-in and check-out and operating the switchboard.To ensure night audits are completeProviding and maintaining the security of the building at nightTo deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficientlySafely and professionally handling guest luggagePreparing room service and delivering to guest room.To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etcEffective communication with other employees to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly All applicants must have permission to work in Ireland.The ideal candidate for this position:The successful candidate will have an energetic hands-on approach to work in the hotel with a good atmosphere in a very busy environment.
