Your eye for detail will help you notice when something isn’t as it should be. Expect to perform a variety of routine and non-routine duties access control, CCTV monitoring, patrols and alarm event monitoring. You will work closely with your team and the Provincial management.The role is based in the Dublin / Dublin 4 area. The shifts are 12 hour shifts commencing at 7pm. You will work on average 42 hours per week. (3 days week 1 / 4 Days week 2 basis).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Ensuring all visitors and employees are greeted and welcomed to the site.Follow access control procedureBeing a first point of contact and being fully knowledgeable on the geography of the building and the locality and be able to assist with any queries in this area.Be proficient in answering phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV, alarms, access control systems and car park management.Accurately record relevant information for inclusion in daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.Provide emergency response in a crisis, ensuring the safety of all the client employees and visitors.To ensure the safety and security of all site personnel and their property.To ensure the protection of all client property, premises, and equipment.Perform a variety of routine and non-routine security and receptionist duties associated with access control, CCTV, door alarm and event monitoring using established policies and procedures.Report all unusual circumstances and situations and respond, as necessary.Take part in carrying out risk assessments, running fire drills, maintenance of life safety systems and being proactive regarding updating procedures when requested.Auditing, compliance and liaising with the Operations Manager on audit requirements.Engage with all training as required.Qualifications:7 Year Verifiable Work HistoryHolder of Valid Private Security Authority static LicencePossess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and a knowledge of alarm and camera systemsStrong communication skills to enable communication with a wide range of people and in various situationsPossess excellent interpersonal skillsWillingness to follow instructions and proceduresSuccessful candidates must be willing to work in a strong customer service-focused environment and will must be willing to adapt to new technologies as they arise.Benefits:Industry Leading Wage PackageComprehensive Wellness SchemeMaternity top-up paymentExcellent Working Environment as accredited by Excellence Through People & Great Places to Work 2018Training and career progression opportunities
