The Lucky Onion is a family of hotels, inns and restaurants, raised and rooted in The Cotswolds, England. We use the very best produce, sourced locally wherever possible and are working hard with sustainable produce suppliers.We are searching for a talented experienced Night Porter to join our Front of House team at our award winning establishment No.131 The Promenade, Cheltenham.Our ideal candidate will pride themselves on providing exceptional levels of service; ensuring that the quality of our guest experience is a consistently high standard day and night. This is a responsible role for a proactive and reliable individual who is able to work independently; taking reservations, managing reception, being attentive to guest needs and taking responsibility for the security and smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with an excellent attention to detail, good administration skills and a strong sense of ownership, being approachable and polite is a must for this guest facing role. Previous experience working as a Night Porter or in a responsible front of house role will be a massive plus, as would a desire to progress your career in the industry.In return:50% team discount in TLO propertiesMonthly team incentivesRegular group-wide team eventsContributory pension schemeRefer a friend reward schemeContinual trainingOpportunity of progressionIf you are interested in this opportunity and would enjoy working with a dedicated and professional team who are passionate about great food and drink we would be delighted to hear from you.
