Responsibilities for Night Porter· Meet, greet and carry guest luggage on arrival and departure.· Check in late guest arrivals.· Answer switchboard in professional manner.· Service of Light Food and Beverages to Guests.· Routine Cleaning of Public Areas outlined in nightly checklists.· Ensure all breakfast room service cards are collected each night.· Service of early morning breakfast and refreshments to guests.· Compliance with all company policies and procedures.· Communicate hotel services to guests.
