We are looking for staff who are committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our mission and national standards, underpinned by quality and best practice and research. Day Service VacancyNew Directions LeadSpecified Purpose - Contract – 35 Hours Per Week ** 6months to 1 Year **Monday to Friday flexibility may be required to attend meetings on occasion. St. Christopher’s Services are seeking an efficient and innovative person to lead and build effective teams to support the implementation of the New Directions Standards within the service. The main duties of the role are:·        To provide training and support to Day Services frontline managers and staff in the New Directions Standards and EASI Process and tool.·        To work in collaboration with the Policy and Standard Co-Ordinator in completing a desk top review of all St. Christopher’s PPPG’s.·        To support Unit Heads in the implementation, rating, and completion of the EASI process in partnership with the staff in the local area. Qualification:Suitable candidates will be educated to degree level.
