All our roles are advertised internally, and we encourage internal progression right across the business. About the role:We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join our Energy Services team to help develop net zero offerings to customers in industrial/commercial and transportation. This is a commercial support role requiring technical background.Reporting to the Energy Services Manager, this person will have the responsibility for developing and delivering offerings and services that will vary across multiple technology types, thus a good understanding of different industrial, mechanical and electrical systems is desirable. The role is instrumental in supporting and driving our customers towards a sustainable future. Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of Energy Efficiency projects, including interaction with customers and third parties, collation of documentation, submission of reports to the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) and processing of any associated payments.Responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives and managing projects within diverse sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation and construction.Preparing business cases for new services opportunities, commercial and contract negotiations, and support business and financial planning through regular and ad-hoc reporting on business line performance.Promote Flogas Enterprise and build and develop relationships with new partners, industry bodies (i.e. IEA, SEAI, ISEA, etc.), and strategic partners through networking events and regular meetings.Develop a broad base of expertise (technical, operational, quality, contractual, risk & control, financial, billing, networks, marketing) in the business to support a growing and complex business line.Work collaboratively and support colleagues in the development, selling and implementation of solar, energy efficiency and biomethane related offerings ensuring robust contractual frameworks and supporting process integration to maximize commercial benefit, minimize commercial risk for Flogas Enterprise and ensure optimal process execution by Flogas Enterprise.Design and implement new processes and billing requirements to support new product launches.Promote Flogas Enterprise’ services business internally and externally through presentations and other speaking opportunities; and communicate internally the opportunities and challenges as the market evolves.Stay abreast of and ahead of industry and regulatory developments relevant to services; and actively seek to influence these developments in Flogas Enterprise’ and customers’ interests.Develop and promote knowledge and insight to greenhouse gas reporting methodologies, how they apply to or affect our customers and correlate this to our sustainable and carbon kaizen products development. Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will hold a primary degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, natural or environmental sciences, economics, or finance. Good knowledge of power systems, energy industry and commodity markets would be advantageous.This person will demonstrate a passion to succeed and the motivation to continue to learn and to adapt as the organization grows and evolves. The person will have good people, presentation and communication, verbal, written and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail. They will be highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritise.
