A fantastic full time and permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our busy and friendly team in the Regen department. We are well established and respected design, build and reactive maintenance company looking for additional operatives that have a broad skill set that includes tiling, plastering and finishing. The ideal candidate will thrive on working in a fast-paced role which involves completing work to deadlines and at a high standard. We are looking for Multi Trade Operatives that have a range of skills for local housing works on capital bathroom programmes. The ideal candidate will be organised, pro-active and able to work well alone or as part of a team. The individual will enjoy new challenges and deliver excellent services to clients and tenants. The day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to: Liaising with clients and tenantsCollecting materialsJoinery as core trade with some experience in the following - basic plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating or groundworksCompleting all assigned training and tasks within tight deadlines and with excellent attention to detail.Working on tenanted properties for social housing contractsCapturing extra works and reporting back to supervisorsEnsuring health and safety regulations are always complied with The required skills and attributes Full UK Driving licenceComfortable using basic technology for our job allocation software which is coordinated via a mobile phone/iPadGood working knowledge of health and safety proceduresDesirable skills: Previous wet room fitting experience in the social housing sectorExperience in installing vinyl flooring including cap and coveC&G or equivalent trade qualifications This role works out of our Nottingham office with excellent staff facilities, free parking, free tea & coffee etc. Package and perks Our Concorde Culture programme also offers many great perks including free fruit, social events, feast Friday lunches, all expenses paid company day outs, Westfield Health membership, birthday treats and much more.
