Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with critical control points, GMP and health and safety requirements. Paying special regard toquality, cost control, yield and utilizationhealth, safety and ethicstraceabilityproduct integritylabellingcompany, personal and food hygiene rules and legislation Key Responsibilitiesproduce required products meeting company and customer standards to planned volume and scheduleensure necessary replenishment requirementsensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and allergen handling processesfollow traceability process and ensure product and labelling integrity at all timesdrive necessary line efficiency through consistent and correct machine operationkeep and maintain appropriate records as requiredensure own familiarity with company policies and procedures, standards of operation and safe operating proceduresensure consistent and timely attendanceprovide flexibility to meet company operating requirementsprovide pro-active and re-active verbal and written communication to team members, supervisors and managersensure all produces are sourced and manufactured to the food safety and brand integrity requirements defined by our customers and BRC standardsPerson Specificationspeaking, writing and understanding basic spoken and written English language (essential health and safety, traceability and quality control requirement)basic numeracy skillsattention to detailsquickly, cleanly and efficiently processing products in mince room production teamflexible, adaptable and keen to learnlearning and implementing new information quicklystrong team collaboratorfood hygiene minimum level 2
