We support customers across Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering tailored engineering services that drive long-term success.Position SummaryNeoDyne are recruiting a highly skilled MES Engineer (POMSnet) to work on leading-edge automation projects, predominantly in the Energy, Life Science and Food & Beverage sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the POMSnet Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will author and maintain recipes and worksheets for the manufacturing site using the POMSnet system. You will also troubleshoot and provide solutions for any MES related problems in recipe execution and recipe authoring.This role is offered as a full-time staff position, based out of our Cork office, with an excellent Salary and Benefits package. If successful, you will enjoy NeoDyne’s “People First" company culture, built on mutual respect, trust, and honesty, where each individual actively contributes as a valued team member. Responsibilities/ DutiesWorking with a team of manufacturing execution /automation engineers managing and delivering projects to customer sites.Liaising with customers to gather and translate project and process improvement requirements into functional design and detailed design documentation. Design, Author, Update and/or make all required changes to MES Recipes, worksheets, equipment and material spec's including phase transition logic using C# / VB Script on Dot Net frame work.Write and execute, test and validation protocols, risk assessments, and system documentation.Provide technical training for all other site personnel on their related MES roles and arrange system access.Provide support to other MES system users as required to ensure business continuity, this might include support to Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation and Facilities departments.Participate in NPI projects from initiation to ensure MES system or hardware requirements are taken into consideration.Documentation of all activities in line with cGMP requirements.Participation in continuous improvement programs to implement improvements in the quality, safety, environmental and production systems.Qualifications/ Skills/ ExperienceRequired3+ years’ experience working with validated Automation systems in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, blue chip or relevant GMP manufacturing environment.
