Medical Registrar

Applications are invited for the following post:Medical RegistrarClinical duties will be in Galway Clinic under supervision of attending Consultant. Successful candidates will be offered facilities for continuous professional development (CPD) including access to an educational grant to the value for €3,500 per annum.  The appointment will be for a one year fixed term, renewable for a second year. A permanent position may be available to suitable candidates.Blackrock Health Galway Clinic will offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.Education and Training:·        Medical degree, MBBS or equivalent·        Current relevant Irish Medical Council Registration. Desirable qualification: ·        MRCPI Skills, competencies and/or knowledge·        Previous experience in a similar role/ in an acute hospital setting·        Demonstrate the importance of evidence based practice and clinical effectiveness·        Proven ability to work as an effective team member.·        Ability to communicate effectively·        Current  A.C.L.S. certification     Closing date for applications: 18th August 2023 at 5.00pm Blackrock Health Galway Clinic is an equal opportunities employer.
