Mechanical Fitter

We require a suitably qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our Repair / Maintenance and Installation team based out of our Ballyhaunis Office.The ideal candidate will preferably have experience working in the water and wastewater or a similar industry. The role will primarily involve mechanical fault finding and maintenance of equipment on numerous water and treatment plants in the West of Ireland. Requirements. A fitter with relevant experienceA proven ability in fault finding and repair of mechanical equipment including gearboxes and pumpsExperience with the installation and the service of pumps incl. dosing, centrifugal, multistage and progressive cavity pumpsExperience of working on mechanical plant in treatment sitesExperience in pipe work assembly including PVC, ABS, ductile iron, galvanise and stainless steelMust demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a teamWorking knowledge of current H&S legislationAdditional RequirementsFull clean driving licenceSafe-passSkills:Mechanic Mechanical Fitter
